DIANE RUTH DEBEER On Monday, August 4, 2014, Diane Ruth DeBeer, 70, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, suddenly passed away in her home. Diane will be sadly missed by her family, close friends, granddaughter Laura and special friend Moe. Donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society in her honour.
