Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHERYL ANN FREEMAN It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Cheryl Ann, dearly beloved sister and aunt. Cheryl passed away at the Selkirk and District General Hospital on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 after a brief battle with cancer. Left to cherish her memory are siblings Ethel Rae (Phil), Jim (Carol), Percy (Kathy), Patty (Dennis), Holly, Cori (Blaine), Coral, and Ray (Lorraine); nieces and nephews Tracy, Jim, Denise, Keith, Carla, Trevor, Megan, Leigh, and Quinn; close friends Louise Goodbrandson, Stella, Valerie, and Georgina, and great nieces and nephews. Cheryl was predeceased by her parents Ethel and Raymond Freeman and uncle Chuck Freeman. Cheryl was born and raised in Selkirk, MB and worked for MTS as a telephone operator for 25 years. Cheryl enjoyed travelling, was a huge Elvis fan, loved taking pictures and attending family functions. Cheryl had a wonderful memory, recalling stories from her childhood and always remembering the family's birthdays and anniversaries with a card. Cheryl will forever be in our hearts. For this God is our God forever and ever, He will be our guide even to the end. A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 15 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the Freeman family at this time. My visits to Selkirk and Cheryl's visits to Mom and Dad's in Calgary are all cherished memories.
