Met Maurice when working at Petersfield Store; at first he wouldn't say much but after time we had many interesting conversations. It has been a shock that he has passed away but I will always remember his friendly smile, the jokes he made every so often, helping him shop for his grocery supplies for home. He is at rest and peace with his loved one - Posted by: Diane Wervin (friend) on: Sep 16, 2014

Met Maurice and Audrey while working at the Petersfield store. They always had time to chat and was always up to kidding with everyone, especially Maurice, he loved to get a rise out of Kim. Audrey would sit and scratch her lotto tickets quietly while Maurice was up for conversation with anyone who had the time. It was always a pleasure when you saw them coming into the store, or if you ran into them anyplace, you could always tell by the look on Maurice's face there was something brewing. We always teased him about how Audrey could put up with him. Maurice and Audrey were very proud of Rona and Barry and when the grandkids came along they were truly proud grandparents. We will miss their smiles, laughter and conversation. We know they are together and Maurice is probably still teasing Audrey about something. They will and are sadly missed.
