Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA JANSEN (nee KULCZYCKI) Quietly and at peace on September 15, 2014 at Grace Hospice, Pat entered into Jesus' open arms at the age of 72 years. Pat was born August 26, 1942 in Vita, MB and was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Helen Kulczycki, brothers Paul, Adam, and Stan, as well as her sister Polly Kohut. She is survived by her husband Peter, son Barry (wife Alison), daughter Tina, as well as three beautiful grandchildren Alexandra Jansen, Allyssa Shrupka, and Dylan Shrupka (wife Amy). Pat also leaves behind her most cherished friend Audrey Wozny (husband Lloyd), and countless other family members and friends. A special thank you to all friends and family who have kept Pat in their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Funeral Liturgy will be held on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Parish, 250 Burrin Ave. with Fr. Dominic Yuen officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Pat's memory to Grace Hospice. The family wish to graciously thank the staff and volunteers at Grace Hospice for their genuine care, respect, and friendship that they provided to Pat.
