GOLDIE LYNN ANN MALISZEWSKY (nee FEWCHUK) It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear wife, mother, daughter and sister Goldie Maliszewsky, aged 57 years of Lockport, MB, on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at the Selkirk General Hospital. Goldie is survived by her loving husband Gerald; sons Kyle (Sarah) and Justin; parents Nick and Martha Fewchuk; brother Neil (Gail) Fewchuk; in-laws Rose Marie (Gunter) Waltz and family; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Garry Fewchuk. Goldie started her career at Sonia's Stand, later at Midland Doherty, and her most recent job was at the Manitoba Liquor Control Commission from where she retired. Goldie loved camping with her husband and boys and in later years with her many friends. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Thank you to the staff at the Selkirk General Hospital. Donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba or a charity of one's choice. We will love and miss you dearly - Gerald, boys and family. Just read in the Selkirk paper about Goldie, so very sorry she was a wonderful person always so happy go lucky with a positive out look on life.
