It's been a while since Daisy's passing but a short note to say what a pleasant lady she was. Her late husband was a member of my mason's lodge, and I had the pleasure of visiting with her a few times over the years. She always appreciate the visit and the small gift from the lodge, and often signified as such by dropping a line by letter to our secretary. The letter was nice to hear and usually was accompanied by a cheque to put towards one of our charities. My condolences to the family. - Posted by: Troy Blair () on: Nov 24, 2015

My father, George McMurray, counted Daisy as one of his best friends - they had coffee together regularly for many years at Kiwanis Chateau. On behalf of my Dad, our deepest symapthy. - Posted by: Hilarie McMurray () on: Oct 09, 2014

Tribute to Daisy Daisy was a very special woman. She joined our family when she married Uncle Sid; they had such fun, it was terrific to see them together at family dinners. Daisy told me once she had been engaged to a man who didn't come back from WW11, and she chose to stay single for many years until she met Uncle Sidney at Eaton's. She was truly a woman of strong character. Daisy gave much love to our family & much care to others thru Eastern Star. I'm sure she will always be remembered with love & warmth. She will be missed. - Posted by: Diane Weir (Neice) on: Oct 08, 2014
