Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • It is very saddening to learn of the passing of aunty Sophie. I have many great memories of her and uncle Joe. When I was a young lad uncle Joe and aunty Sophie would take me to pine ridge golf and country club where they taught me how to play golf. I remember even winning a junior golf tournament at pine ridge thanks to aunty Sophie teaching me the importance of my short game. I have many great memories of aunty Sophie and whenever I think of anything golf related I will always think of the wonderful times we had. There is never the right thing to say or do under the circumstances of losing a loved one. It hurts us and we cry as we mourn our loss. I am at peace knowing that aunty Sophie is back where she belongs with my uncle Joe. It is the wonderful memories and the legacy you leave that makes us never forget or take for granted that we ever knew you. I am truly grateful for knowing you and having you impact my life as much as you have. We will meet again someday. - Posted by: Dave Dueck (Nephew) on: Oct 14, 2014
