JOSEPH (JOE) CHARLES KIBSEY Peacefully, on Monday, October 13, 2014, at the Selkirk General Hospital, Joe Kibsey, aged 69 years, of Winnipeg Beach, MB, passed away. He was predeceased by his parents and his son John. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife Nellie of 43 years; children Roberta (Roland) Fillion, Lawrence (Kim), Stephen, Mary Ann (Bill) and Betty Ann (Warren); six grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Joe was born on April 25, 1945 in Chatfield, MB. He spent a majority of his life farming in that area. In his later years he enjoyed operating a small scrap metal business in the Winnipeg Beach area. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 20, 2014 in the Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church, Winnipeg Beach, at 10:30 a.m. with viewing one hour prior to.
