Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySUSAN SELLGREN (nee KENNEDY) It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts our family announces the passing of Susan on September 5, 2014 at the Elderberry Home in Florence, Oregon. She had just celebrated her 68th birthday on July 15, 2014. Susan was predeceased by her father Alec in 1970 and her husband of 44 years Wilbur on July 23, 2014. Susan is survived by her mother Betty Kennedy her brothers John (Joanne) Allan (Pat) Malcolm (Donna) Bruce (Heidi) and her only sister Carolyn along with numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18, at 2:00 p.m. at the Inwood Community Cemetery, Inwood, Manitoba. The family would like to thank the angels of Peace Harbor Home and Hospice Care for making Susan's last days as comfortable as possible.

I had lost contact with both Bill and Susan and had not spoken to either of them in a number of years. So much has been missed, never to be recovered. Hoping they both rest in peace. I knew all of the Sellgrens and went to school with most of them. We always called Wilbur "Bill" . We had great fun at the picnics as well as the school concerts. Life was so much simpler at that time.
