PAT DICK July 1931 - October 23, 2014 After a courageous battle with family by her side on October 23, 2014 Pat took her final journey to join loved ones who passed away before her. Her mom, dad, two brothers, brother-in-law and twin sister Joanie, and niece DeeDee. Pat will be remembered in the hearts of her family. Her nieces, nephews, their partners, and grand-nieces, nephews, great-grand-nieces, nephews and great-great-grand-niece. Pat had a full life with helping Joan and Ben raise their six children and their children, and their children's children. She worked at Eaton's for 17 years, then moved on to work at Seven Oaks School Division at Garden City Collegiate, where she retired after her long service with the division. She was a avid sports fan, and loved living at Grand Marais where life for her was like a sunrise everyday. Family would like to thank Seven Oaks Hospital, all nurses, aides, doctors, and social workers for making her stay at the hospital caring and comfortable. Pat loved animals, and always was around to rescue them There will be no formal service, but Pats wishes is to ask you to donate to your favourite shelter of your choice. May you be free of pain May you be kept safe May you be at peace Forever in our hearts

  • To all of Pat's family. Every time I think of Pat I smile. She was small in stature but she had a big heart. She was a most colorful person, and I mean her hats and sports jerseys not to mention her personality. She will be missed at Grand Marais, sitting on our deck watching the lake, sipping on a beer. I can still see her on that bicycle with the front carrier. I will miss her. Tim has lost a Bomber buddy too. - Posted by: Marina webster (Grand Marais friend) on: Oct 29, 2014
