Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNIE KROEKER (nee DYCK) 1919 - 2014 Annie Kroeker peacefully went home to be with her Lord on Monday, October 27, 2014 at the Salem Personal Care Home in Winkler, Manitoba. She was born on February 24, 1919 to Aron P. and Lena (Wiebe) Dyck and was the oldest of six children. She married Jacob S. Kroeker on April 7, 1944 and they were blessed with six children. Mom is survived by her children, Harvey and Ann Kroeker, Florence Kroeker, Lois and Volker Johnas, Elsie Kroeker, Irvin and Wendy Kroeker, and Joyce Kroeker, 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Frank and Susan Dyck, sister Ruth Dyck, sister Lena and John Peters, and sister-in-law Evelyn Dyck. She was predeceased by her husband Jacob S. Kroeker in 1993, two brothers Henry Dyck and Aaron Dyck, and one sister-in-law Ann Dyck. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at the Mennonite Brethren Church, 120 Pineview Dr. in Winkler with interment to follow at Winkler Cemetery. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at Salem Home for their compassionate care. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Annie's memory to the Gideon Memorial Bible Plan, available at the church.
