Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Tom was my Chief Petty Officer at R.C.S.C.C J.T.C.V.C. and our paths once again crossed many years later in the Osborne Village area where we shared in comradery many nights reminiscing and talking of many events of common interest. He was a unique individual and I was shocked to come across this obit today, as I have not crossed paths with him for some time. Good-bye Coyle. - Posted by: Harry Held Jr. (fellow cadet (sea)) on: Jun 26, 2018

  • We traveled to many places to compete, train, and enjoy the company of our friends - Len, Leo, George, to name a few. Tom was always a friend to those he met, and was always looking for ways to better himself. The trip to Philadelphia and then New York with Len was a memorable event. Tom's meeting and training with Nakayama Sensei and Tabata Sensei was always a subject he fondly recalled. Tom will be missed, even though our paths haven't crossed in some time. - Posted by: Jerry Marr (Tom's Karate Instructor and friend) on: Nov 07, 2014
