ALEXANDER J. SALTEL
Date of Passing: Oct 25, 2014
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALEXANDER J. SALTEL On October 25, 2014 in Winnipeg, MB, Alexander J. Saltel beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and great-grandfather passed away at the age of 85 years. Besides his wife Annette Saltel, he is survived by daughter Louise, grandchildren, Shane, Chris and Bobbie, great-grandchildren, Tara-Lynn, Karys and William. He also leaves to mourn his passing brother Archie Saltel. He was predeceased by brother Maurice and sister Edith. Alex was a Metis man who was very proud of his heritage. Although a man of few words he always spoke in a comical way with a savvy sense of humour. He had lots of love to give and cared very much about his friends and family. He was always a dapper chap with his hair done, jewellery on and sharp dressed just like his idol Elvis Presley. At heart he was an Irish man, short, slim with a tan! We love you and you will be missed every day until we see you again. Special thanks to nephew Joey, nieces and nephews. Alex was cremated. There are no services planned at this time. Rev. 21:4 - And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.
