EARL LAWRENCE PARKER January 18, 1951 - September 7, 2014 It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely death of Earl Parker. Earl was predeceased by his mother and father, Rose and Joe Parker (of blessed memory). He is survived by his wife Reeva, daughter Jill (Peter), sons Sean (Joanna) and Brian, and his grandchildren Madeline, Adam, and Elise. Earl was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He attended Talmud Torah Day School, West Kildonan Collegiate, and the University of Manitoba. Earl graduated from law school in 1975 and moved to Edmonton where he began his career at the firm Shtabsky & Co. He joined Witten LLP in 1984. Earl was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2003. Earl loved the practice of law. He practised mainly business law but was knowledgeable in many other areas. Earl was a trusted, loyal friend and devoted husband and father. He was kind, generous, and had a keen sense of humour. Earl will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Funeral was held September 4, 2014 at Chesed Shel Emes.
