MARGARET BURDENY March 18, 1938 - November 3, 2014 Margaret McDole started her full life in Sanford with her sisters Heather and Judy Anne. She enjoyed 4-H, curling, the United Church, and CGITs. She studied the piano and always loved music. Margaret went to the University of Manitoba where she met Donald Burdeny. They married on June 6, 1959. Margaret had her first child Kathy in 1961 and James in 1963. In 1966 she started teaching. In 1969 David arrived followed by Michael in 1971. Margaret loved hunting for antiques. Her and Don ventured into real-estate, before buying a gift shop. Many summers were spent aboard Don's boats. They retired in Belair where socializing, gardening, and family filled the days. After Don's death, Margaret moved to Ft. Garry to be close to her sisters, children, grandchildren: Jared, Alison, Asher, Cecilia, and Theo, and her great-grandson, Aadyn.
