WALTER SOPKO Walter Sopko passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the age of 79 years. Left to cherish Walter's memory are his wife, Lorraine of 55 years of marriage; their three children, Liz, Rose and Mitchell. Walter was a beloved member of the community, who loved to be outdoors, fishing or fixing things. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church, 4588 Roblin Boulevard at Grant Avenue.
