Ken is survived by his former wife Jean Ingham, daughters Varina (Jeff) Okun and family, Janice Holt, his brother Barry (Ann) Holt, his nephew Kevin and niece Karen and family. Cremation will take place and a private service will be held as per Ken's wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Salvation Army or WWF or any charity of your choice.
