MARGARET EVA KOLTEK (nee FENDELET) It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Margaret Eva Koltek (Fendelet) on November 13, 2014, 54 years of age, at the St. Boniface Hospital. Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 30 years Robert, son Lane and daughter Carlie (Steve Tuhkanen), her mother Cecile Fendelet, siblings Rose-marie Zadorozny (Walter), Irene Shewchuk (Walter), Ernest Fendelet (Margaret), Kathleen Prystupa, Alfred Fendelet and numerous cherished nieces, nephews and their families. Also left to mourn her passing are her father-in-law Walter Koltek, sisters-in-law Barbara Loepp (Rudy) and Nancy Figenshaw (David), brothers-in-law Jeff Koltek and David Koltek (Anna), and their families. Margaret is predeceased by her father Emile Fendelet, mother-in-law Margaret Koltek and brother-in-law Renie Prystupa. Although active in her community, either with school or community club, and sharing time with friends, it was her family that came first. Margaret was so very proud of the adults her children had grown up to be. Margaret also never missed an opportunity to spend time with her mother and siblings in Saskatchewan, speaking often of the gatherings they shared. A celebration of Margaret's life will be held on Friday, November 21, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at Mary Mother of the Church, 85 Kirkbridge Drive. Reception to follow at Southwood Golf & Country Club. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. THOMSON "IN THE PARK" 204-925-1120 Condolences may be sent to www.thomsoninthepark.com

Margaret was such a big part of my life growing up, we shared so many wonderful times together. She will always be in my heart! Margaret: The angels looked down from heaven one night They searched for miles afar, And deep within the distance They could see a shining star. They knew that very instant That the star was theirs to gain, So they took you up to heaven Forever to remain. Look down on us from heaven Keep us free from hurt and pain, You'll always be within my heart Until we meet again.
