Leo was my neighbor and a dear friend to me and my children. My children were always in his yard playing and ringing his door bell awaiting a visit. He always stopped to talk with them and they referred to him as Grandpa. My heart is heavy with the loss but grateful he is with his heavenly father. - Posted by: Deborah Stoesz (Neighbor) on: Nov 27, 2014

I worked for Leo and his brother from the age of 10 to in my twenties. We always shared a laugh and had many many memories together. He was a great influence in both my life and my work. Thank you Leo for all the great memories. I will never forget you. - Posted by: Larry Gladue (Friend and employee) on: Nov 26, 2014

My father Sidney, Uncle Leo and I spent many hours together at the loading docks at vegetable wholesalers in Winnipeg when I was a boy. I will always remember the two of them smiling and laughing together. Those days are gone now, but those memories will last forever. - Posted by: Larry Meyer (Nephew) on: Nov 26, 2014
