EDWIN (TED) ARTHUR COLE Ted Cole (90) passed away peacefully on November 26, 2014 at Parkview Place Care Centre. He was born in Montreal, PQ on May 26, 1924. Ted was predeceased by his loving wife Pearl in 1990, his daughter Bertha Margaret (at birth), his parents Alfred and Bertha and brother Ralph (age 22 KIA). Ted is survived by his children: Ralph (Hilary), Sharon (Rob) and Kelly (Peggy); grandchildren: Adrienne (Alain), Jeremy (Linda), Tamara (Andreas), Kimberly (Gary), Jonathan, Heather, Michael (Daryl); great-grandchildren: Aidan, Sage, Audrey, Joshua, Benjamin, Kate, Zoe, Cole, Ronan, Anavae, Liam, Maddison and Ryleigh. Ted was only 17 when he joined the Army and went overseas to serve in the Second World War. During his 31 years in the military he served in QC, British Columbia, Germany, Ontario, Vietnam and MB. After retiring he worked at D'Arcy & Deacon Law Firm as Office Manager for several years. He enjoyed playing golf (even had a few hole-in-ones!), trips to Hawaii and Ireland and spending time with family. In keeping with Dad's wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at a later date. We extend sincere thanks to the caring staff of Sturgeon Creek 1, Grace Hospital and Parkview Place Care Centre.
