RANDY ADRIEN BERRIAULT After a courageous, hard fought battle, surrounded by his family, Randy moved onto his next adventure on November 28, 2014. Randy worked many years at St. Amant before moving to his career at St. Boniface Hospital, retiring September 30, 2011. After retirement, he found a new interest working at M.T.T., and loved his second career. What Randy loved most was spending time with friends and family at his home sipping Sunday beer. He leaves behind his loving mom Nora, sisters Janis (Dave), Pat (Jack), brother Chris (Jay), his nieces and nephews Sharon, Dan and Leanne, Trisha, Brad and Mel, Katie and Andrew, Ken and Amanda; great-nieces Sydney and Quinn, his very special godson Raymond Spyker, and his loving dog Joey. He was predeceased by his partner Jeff, his dad Adrien, and niece Krystin. He will also be greatly missed by his immeasurable group of loyal and loving friends. Our family would like to extend sincere thanks and gratitude to Simone from Palliative CancerCare. At Randy's request there will be no service. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations may be made on Randy's behalf to CancerCare Palliative Care Program, 675 McDermot Ave., Room 1160, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3E 0V.

Rest in Peace Randy!! - Posted by: Sonia Feakes (Nimchuk) (Co-Worker, St. Boniface Hospital) on: Dec 09, 2014

  • I met Randy through my sister Val when I first started; who worked with Randy and adored him. He always said hi and was quick with a funny comment whenever I saw him. Say hi to Val for me Randy! You're 2 peas in a pod. - Posted by: Gladys Scaramuzzi (co-worker) on: Dec 05, 2014

  • Randy and I shared many a joke or funny comments whenever we encountered one another in the hallways of SBGH. I always found him so soft-spoken and in a good mood which was contagious. Thanks, Randy. God bless. - Posted by: Denis LeGros (retired SBGH employee) on: Dec 03, 2014

  • Randy was an amazing man who will be missed dearly. I always looked forward to our conversations whether it be at work or visiting at his home. He sure knew how to make people laugh. I remember when I told him I was pregnant the first thing he said was "God I hope he doesn't look like Walter!" Of course he was kidding. I didn't know him long but he was a father figure to me. Always thinking of ways to help me and being my shoulder to lean on. He was great loved and will be greatly missed! I'm going to miss that smile and laugh of his. Heaven sure got themselves a trooper. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends. - Posted by: Megan Kessler (Friend & MTT co-worker) on: Dec 02, 2014

  • Randy was a great guy. I've known him many years working at St. Boniface and serving him at Chicken Chef. I talked to him about a month ago at Chicken Chef and he was in good spirits, we have lost a really lovely man and heaven has gained an angel. - Posted by: Karen Bischoff-Smith (friend & co-worker) on: Dec 02, 2014

  • Whether it was going by skidoo, boat or bike to Randy's house, I always knew there would be a cold Molson's, great conversation and a few good laughs. I would find him mostly on the computer playing his favorite game or working in his yard on his Kubota. To his family, my sympathetic thoughts are with you. - Posted by: Mike Renouf (Fellow Twin lakes Beach Resident) on: Dec 02, 2014

  • Randy was such a pleasure to work with and to just be around. Even though I have not seen Randy for over a year, I always managed to find out about his adventures and how he was doing. He was so easy to talk to and he was so understanding. Randy was such an upbeat person and you could always count on a good laugh with him. Randy, I hope you keep everyone in heaven laughing too! with love Lucille - Posted by: Lucille Meilleur (friend & co-worker from St. Boniface Hospital) on: Dec 02, 2014
