EDWARD M. CHOMICZUK March 30, 1942 - December 3, 2014 It is with great sadness that the family of Edward M. Chomiczuk announces his passing after a valiant battle with cancer. He is survived by his children Angela, Kimberley and Rick, his grandchildren Andrew, Jacob, Julianna and Lexis and great-grandson Deckland. Also left to mourn his passing are his brothers John (Elsie) and Walter (Claudia), many nieces and nephews as well as grand- nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Anna Chomiczuk, brother Richard and infant daughter Deborah. Edward was born and was raised in Ethelbert, Manitoba. He loved the outdoors, his river, bicycling and travel. He moved to Winnipeg, became a very good diesel mechanic and worked in BC and St. Norbert. He then worked for 28 years for Soo Security Motorways where he made many friends. Edward was an honest, hardworking and generous person, always helpful at any moment. His last three wishes were to have fresh air, take a walk and quality. A private family service took place on Friday, December 5. Cremation and springtime interment will be held at the family plot in Ethelbert. CROPO 204-586-8044
