Condolences & Memories (10 entries)

  • My deepest condolences to all of Leo's family. Leo and I attended Elma school together. I remember him as a kind and generous guy with a great smile. Although we hadn't been in touch often in the last while he was so generous and brought me a wealth of vegetables from his garden last year. I will remember him with great fondness. - Posted by: Carol Ans (friend and former schoolmate) on: Dec 13, 2014

  • We were very shocked and saddened to hear of Leo’s sudden passing. He was a very kind and caring person who always made time to talk with you, if even for a few brief minutes. He was responsible for getting me my first job at Abex nearly 35 years ago so I could attend university. There were so many good times had at the farm with him, Pete, Ken and Neil. Although I wasn’t family, Leo had a way of making you feel like family. To all of the family, our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Take comfort and strength in all the great memories you made with him. He was someone very special... - Posted by: Rob & Linda Starodub (Friends of the Family) on: Dec 12, 2014
