  • Frank was very passionate about community television and broadcasting. We enjoyed his company and assistance on our volunteer productions. He was eager to learn, patient and we could always count on him. We're sorry to learn of his passing, and send our regrets and love to his friends and family, on behalf of the staff at Shaw TV. Rest in peace Frank. - Posted by: Laura Meuckon Shaw TV Winnipeg (Friend) on: Sep 09, 2015

  • I just found out today from staff here I work at MLL that he passed. We went out for dinner on few occasions and attended networking events. Frank knew many people in the business community and always gave me good advice. He also had connections to CJNU radio and I attended few events with Frank present introducing me to many he knew there. - Posted by: Barry Kopulos (friend) on: May 05, 2015

  • Frank was always willing to help launch a new Toastmasters project, mentor a new member, start a new club. I worked with him over many years as a Toastmaster. He surprised me in that he never shared any personal information about himself, but always seemed to find out information about others. He was a good listener. He could be relied on to step in and fill a position left vacant or go and visit a club needing help. Thanks, Frank, for all you did. My thoughts and prayers to all your relatives. Rest in peace. - Posted by: Catriona Younger (Friend (Toastmaster)) on: Dec 12, 2014

  • We are so sorry to read of Frank's passing. He had contributed a lot to District 64 Toastmasters, and also to Radio Station CJNU. Frank's soft-spoken competent way of communicating will be missed at District 64 Toastmasters. - Posted by: Spencer and Lynn Silver (Friends) on: Dec 10, 2014

  • I remember the first time I spoke to Frank when he called me looking for a Toastmaster club. I was happy to see he joined and became so active in his club and the District. He will be missed! - Posted by: Jennet Pidgeon (Friend form Toastmasters) on: Dec 10, 2014

  • I met Frank through Toastmasters. He always took the time to talk in an unrushed way. He was the voice of sober reflection, always willing to be supportive and digest the day's or week's events and put things into perspective. When you talked to Frank, you had his full attention. He was an honest, kind and gentle soul, always very patient and generous with his time. I never ever heard him complain about anything, ever. He will be missed. - Posted by: Garry Burgess (friend) on: Dec 09, 2014

  • Always a friend and willing to help others. Enjoyed many good chats with him and of course a lunch or two. He was always willing to try and help others to make things easier for all of us at CJNU. Example: Frank thanks so much for all those parking passes. Thanks for being a friend! - Posted by: WAYNE BRUCE (CJNU RADIO) on: Dec 09, 2014
