WILHELM (WILLY) PETERS
Date of Passing: Dec 08, 2014
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILHELM (WILLY) PETERS 1941 - 2014 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Willy Peters on December 8, 2014 at age 73. Willy was predeceased by his parents Wilhelm and Aganete (Ewert) Peters. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Anna, son David (Jules), son Paul (Candice) and grandchildren Hailey, Philip, Jaerden, Maliha, and Carissa, as well as many close friends and family. Willy worked for many years in travel and tourism, driving for Beaver Bus Lines and Fehr-Way Tours. With Anni by his side, they provided joy and happiness to many people as they toured them around Canada and the U.S. He loved to be with people and was always on the go, having coffee with his friends, giving help to those who needed it and spending as much time as he could with his grandchildren, who he loved so very dearly. Willy lived his life according to his strong Christian faith. Please join us for a celebration of Willy's life on Monday, December 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Douglas Mennonite Church, 1517 Rothesay Street, Winnipeg, MB. Viewing prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations to Siloam Mission or MCC would be greatly appreciated.

Anna our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family on the passing of WILLY. Our favorite trip was one that we took with both of you to Holland Michigan for the Tulip Festival a few years ago. That is when we found out that my wife Eva was a distant cousin as her last name was also Peters. Deepest Sympathy Ron and Eva Joss. - Posted by: Ron and Eva Joss (Friends) on: Dec 17, 2014
