We are very sad to know about the sudden passing of Michael Bagan. We are also very sad to learn about it too late. We couldn’t go to his funeral... Very caring person, we will miss his chats and the way he always shared his experiences. As a doctor he was very comprehensible, very competent and never, never would say no to a patient. Rest in peace Michael. - Posted by: Hhugo Rafael Brizuela Crespo (Patient) on: Apr 13, 2015

I've been a patient of Michael's since 2005, as everyone that's ever known him he was the most personal Dentist ever. He went out of his way to make sure you got the treatmwnt you needed, even if you couldnt afford it. He worked it out so that you could afford it. I've had the pleasure of having drinks with him and his comical sweet spirit as a friend and not a patient. Adventurous man he was. My family and I will miss you very much, may you rest in peace my friend. You will be greatly missed. I am truly saddened. - Posted by: Elaine DeRose (patient(Friend)) on: Dec 22, 2014

Michael was one of the 24 first cousins from the big beautiful Basaraba clan (his mom Ollia and my mom Celia were the 2 sisters of the 7 siblings) He was kind and fun and unique. He loved his family and I have many fond memories of Michael over the years. I had a few chances to visit him in Toronto - he was a generous host - cleaned my teeth, took me out clubbin' and shared his music and philosophy with me and many others. He was good to his mom and he had a second chance to be a great dad again - that says a lot - we will miss him - rest in peace Michael! - Posted by: Kathy Boyanisky (cousin) on: Dec 19, 2014

We will miss you Michael, you were always very caring, nice, and hospitable, almost to your own detriment. The world has lost a great man, it was fun sharing stories with you and working with you. I am sure you are in a better place now. Rest in Peace. - Posted by: Nolan Hargreaves (Friend) on: Dec 19, 2014

I am profoundly saddened by the sudden passing of my friend and dentist. Mike and I hit it off from day one. As soon as he found out I too was a musician and DJ, our conversations would go on way past an appointment slot because we were talking "shop". He was so engaged and happy to have someone to talk music with, he seemed almost giddy! Me too, dear friend...me too. There is no adjective to describe the pain of losing you. But, if there's a heaven, I'm betting that you're in that huge jam session with the late greats. Keep the stool behind the drum kit ready because one day I will join you. Mike was a man who observed humanity with intrigue. Many hobbies, committment to travelling, musical ability and chosen lack of a television makes for an engaging individual who actively experiences life. As a result, Mike never fell short of offering his friends highly unique personal anecdotes at social get togethers. Mike was a soft spoken, generous and gentle man who believed in working hard and playing hard. Mike was irreplaceable and it's really quite unbelievable that he's gone. He enriched our lives. His memory should demand we strive to live as fully as he did. - Posted by: Chris (Pal) on: Dec 18, 2014

Michael was kind and generous, and loved people, sometimes to a fault. Eager to assist a friend in need. Often inquisitive. He loved good conversation. He was young at heart, and loved by many because of it. I will miss Michael, who left us so unexpectedly. My condolences to his family and all those who will experience the grief and sorrow of his absence. - Posted by: Avi Belhassen (friend) on: Dec 17, 2014

Truly sad for his passing. I really appreciated him for his kindness, for his stories, for his knowledge shared with me. I worked for him for over 4 years in such time we talked about everything. He was a family dentist always willing to help people not matter who they were. Money was never an issue, what was important for him was to bring care for the one in need. Now, he can rest in peace playing his piano and enjoying music, but he will leave an emptiness on his children's life specially on Jonathan and Matthew. God provide you with strength to overcome such a difficult time. Dr. Bagan you will be in my prayers. Milena - Posted by: Milena Murgas (Ex employee / Friend) on: Dec 16, 2014

Dr. Bagan was my dentist. He was so good to me for the past few years I've seen him. Along with Karen from the office. We got to know each other on a personal level and shared tons of deep discussions about everything, down to music, government satellites, weird theories and personal issues or just having a laugh. I'm so shocked and feel very sad for his family during the holiday season. My prayers are with all his loved ones during this time. RIP, will miss you. - Posted by: Andrea (my dentist ) on: Dec 16, 2014
