MILLICENT EUGENE ROBERTS Peacefully on Sunday December 14,2014 after a lengthy illness, we sadly announce the passing of Millicent Roberts at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 85. She was predeceased by her loving devoted husband Dolphie Roberts September 9, 2011. She is survived by son Loxie wife Sharon and her two granddaughters Brianna and Janae. Also her sister in the US Kay and niece Blossom and other relatives. Millicent was born in St. Elizabeth Jamaica she immigrated to England in the 1950s where she met and married Dolphie in 1965. The two immigrated to Canada in 1968 where she worked in the garment and health care field. Special thanks to the staff and caregivers at Riverview for the excellent care they provided. Funeral services and interment will take place at Chapel Lawn Cemetery 4000 Portage Avenue on January 3, 2015 at 10.00 a.m. The Reverend Henry Falconer officiating. Viewing will take place prior to the service.
