My sincere condolences to the family. Stella always had a smile on her face and a story to tell. She was a customer where I worked, but to me she was not just a friend, she was a part of my family. She was a wonderful cook, and I will miss her deeply. I hope to follow in her footsteps to live a long and happy life like she did. - Posted by: Tracy (Friend) on: Jan 02, 2015

I work at the Safeway she came to all the time, but she was not just a customer to us, she was a friend. Her stories, her jokes, she was an amazing woman. I am very sorry for the loss of someone so great. - Posted by: Shannon (Friend) on: Jan 01, 2015

Your Mom filled many hearts and many tummys with wonderful stories of her life on and off the farm and food that could comfort all. We enjoyed sitting at the table having tea and cake with Stella. She was ever so proud of her family and friends. Our deepest sympathies to all of you on the loss of a wonderful lady. - Posted by: Darren and Wendy Dusik and family (friend of Ron) on: Dec 27, 2014

My deepest heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you. It is so hard to lose a loved one, but at Christmas it is more difficult. I hope it helps to know that she never suffered, never had to live in a nursing home, and knew she was so loved and supported by her loving family. She was truly blessed to live to 92 in her own home surrounded by all of you. - Posted by: Dianne Kennedy (friend of the family) on: Dec 26, 2014
