Oh wow! I am shocked and saddened to hear of Terry's passing. I knew Terry for a period of 3 years. He loved to talk, and tell me stories of old friends and new ones he was meeting. He was so full of life and laughter, and was so inspiring. He was just the kindest and sweetest person and always there for people in need of a pat on the back or a hug..or just a talk. He was also very smart and loved to share his knowledge of hockey and football greats..he could tell you the score of almost any game at any time. He also loved cars and racing cars. He felt the proudest when he did something special for his dad..and surprise him with having cut the lawn, cleaned the kitchen and other areas of the house. Terry loved his family more then anything, his Dad was his hero. It was such an honor to have known you T.J. I know you safe and happy up in heaven and God must have made you an angel. My deepest condolences to all of the family. - Posted by: Donna Olender (Friend) on: Mar 28, 2016

I'll always be able to smile when I think of Terry waiting for me and a couple other youth leaders at the drop-in. He would wait at the front of the school and then run to the back to meet us, jumping for joy. I'll always remember his dancing and singing, and him saying "you can't see me!" Or "it's gonna be HUUUGE!!!" I have often wondered about Terry since my summers at the drop-in, when I think of him, I smile. One in a million "Ter bear" thanks for the memories. Rest easy my friend - Posted by: Kristen (Friend) on: Jul 22, 2015

I was looking for your father's obit and yours came up instead, I knew your older sister when we were young and living in Thunder Bay and you and your brother came along after the move to Winnipeg. I am very sorry for all who love and miss both you and your father, may they take comfort in your being together again and keep all love filled memories close to their heart. - Posted by: Victoria (aka Billie-Jo) Sande (shirt tail cousin) on: Apr 01, 2015

This is truly a blow out of left field... Terry touched so many people at work and at play! I'll never forget the soccer game in Brandon when he scored a goal...he was so excited and proud of his medal! Terry was a dedicated employee and rarely missed a day of work... He energized Mciver house and exercised his independence with their help. This past summer he did a road trip to BC with an old friend... How cool is that? Mostly, Terry liked to watch NASCAR with his dad or spend time at his brother's house. We watched a movie with his sister three weeks ago. Mostly I learned from Terry about living in the now.... Work in progress! GBY Terr ... Hope to hear more stories about your adventures and the people you touched. C - Posted by: Cathy Murray (extended family) on: Dec 27, 2014
