I'm so sorry to read of Carrie's passing. It was shocking as I last heard she was happily living out in British Columbia with her two little boys. I knew Carrie from 1986 to 1989, as I was her Foster Mom when she was going through a rough time. Carrie was 14 years old when she came to live with me. I will always remember how she spent hours in our washroom working on her hair! Typical teenage girl though! Another thing that stands out in my mind about Carrie is her love for her little sister Julie. She was fiercely protective of Julie and loved her with all her heart. Carrie has just gone too soon. - Posted by: Heather Chow (friend) on: Dec 31, 2014
