Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERMAINE PERREAULT (TI MAINE) Peacefully, on December 21, 2014 Germaine Perreault passed away at the Bethania Personal Care Home at the age of 103 years. Left to cherish her memory are; daughter, Doris Yallits, grandchildren; Michelle (Kerry) Rasmussen, Richard (Irene) Yallits, Diane (Ron) Neufeld, Rose-Marie (Brad) Moore, great-grandchildren; Sarah (Tyler), Dylan, Stefanie, Bryan, Kyle, Taylor, Emilee; Godson, Jerry (Lorraine) Nadeau, and sister-in-law, Eva Dureault. Mom was predeceased by Doris' dad Odilon Balez, second husband, Wilfred Perreault, son-in-law, Steve Yallits, her parents, Ovide and Berthe (nee Piché) Dureault, as well as six brother; Aimé, Arthur, Benoit, Roland, Louis, and Jules, three sisters; Gertrude Bourque, Cécile Nadeau, and Armande Arnal. Germaine was born in Fannystelle, MB on May 26, 1911. After Dad passed away the family moved to Winnipeg where Mom worked as a seamstress for 37 years, and lived independently till the age of 95. Mom had a great sense of humour and enjoyed a good joke. A very special thank you to all the cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends for all the nice visits, which she cherished so much. We would also like to thank Dr. Loepp, nurses and staff at Bethania Personal Care Home for the care and compassion given to Mom and our family while she was in your care. In keeping with Germaine's wishes, cremation has taken place and a funeral mass celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Gerard Parish, 45 Foster Street. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Germaine, may be made to Bethania Personal Care Home, 1045 Concordia Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R2K 3S7.
