Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELIZABETH MAY PECK (nee IRWIN) Peacefully on Saturday, December 20, 2014, Elizabeth passed away at Deer Lodge Centre. Predeceased by her mother and father, brothers Bob and Jim. Elizabeth will be lovingly remembered by her husband Kenneth, son Stan and daughter-in law Sharon, grandchildren; Allen and Julie (Ian) and great-grandchildren; Connor, Zander and Zavier as well as her sister Jean (Michael) Tarnick. Elizabeth grew up on the family farm near Belmont, MB. In 1947 the family moved to Winnipeg. Elizabeth married Arthur John Brophy in 1952 and in 1953 Stanley John was born. In 1961 Elizabeth married Kenneth Thomas Peck. She will be remembered as a hard working woman. Elizabeth worked for many years at various jobs and dedicated her life to the Order of the Eastern Star. She volunteered in her spare time driving patients to CancerCare. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Liver Foundation. Viewing will take place on Monday, December 29, 2014 from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue with burial at 1:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Westwood Presbyterian Church, 197 Browning Boulevard with a reception to follow.
