Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALICE RASMUSSEN Surrounded by her family on December 27, 2014 at Carman Hospital, Alice passed away at the age of 97. Born January 11, 1917 in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Alice married Ernest Rasmussen in August of 1945 and resided in Starbuck until her passing. She was predeceased by her husband Ernest in 1978. Left to mourn are her children Marcel (Gloria) of Calgary, Alberta, Lawrence (Simone) of Winnipeg, Albert of Edmonton, Alberta, Shirley (Bruce) of Grande Prairie, Alberta, Linda (Ken) of St. Francois, Manitoba. Also left to mourn are several grand and great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Carman Hospital for their excellent care of our mom. Special thanks to her neighbours Rita and Monica for all the years they have helped mom. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Starbuck Hall, or a charity of your choice.
