BETTE PATRICIA PRENDERGAST (nee SAVAGE) December 3, 1917 December 21, 2014 Bette passed away peacefully at Oakview Place Extendicare. She was predeceased by her parents William and Anna Savage, husband George Prendergast, and brothers Douglas and Gordon Savage. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Bill (Janice) Prendergast, sister Shirley Hellofs, nephews Glenn (Melissa) Hellofs and their children Alania and Erin and Grant Hellofs and his children Michelle and Danielle. Bette was born and raised in Winnipeg. She met and married the love of her life, George, in Winnipeg prior to the war. His service moved them to Ottawa for the duration of the war. They returned and settled in Winnipeg. She was a longtime member of the Altar Guild at St. Andrews Anglican Church.   • My Dear Aunt Betty was such a sweet lady. When ever I would fly into Winnipeg from Myrtle Beach SC. I would always bring her favorite ,Chocolates.
