• Grandma Cecile, you will be sadly missed. I'm so glad Colette brought me to see you in 2010 when last I came to Winnipeg on a military course. May you be at peace now and live in the house of the Lord with Grandpa Vic and all those who have gone before you. You were such a special lady. Words can not tell of how you touched all our lives. To your son, my Uncle Marc, I pray he is with strength during these times and knowing the strong woman you were, will be what he needs to keep himself strong. My deepest condolences to all your family, including my Aunt Barb and all those that knew her. And especially to my 3 cousins, Colette, Jean-Paul and Andre, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. With a heavy heart I say we were blessed to know such a beautiful lady. God Bless and rest in eternal peace.
