Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA ROLLANDE DESJARDINS It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear aunt Patricia Rollande Desjardins. Patricia passed away Monday, January 5, 2015 at the age of 95 years. Pat was predeceased by her brother Laurent Desjardins and by her two nieces Patricia Bye and Michelle Desjardins. She leaves to mourn her loving nieces Caroline Sinnock and Suzanne Fournier as well as many great-nieces and nephews. She also leaves to mourn her lifelong friend Jeanne Savage. Cremation has already taken place. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 9 at 7:00 p.m. at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons Street. In lieu of flowers a donation in memory of Pat could be made to Actionmarguerite-Foyer Valade, 450 River Road, Winnipeg, MB R2M 5M4 or to a charity of one's choice. Patricia était une cousine de feue ma mère, Jacqueline Desjardins, née la même année, en 1919. Notre famille est au Québec, mais nous avions tissé des liens très étroits avec Patricia, malgré la distance. Je l'aimais de tout coeur et je me joins à sa famille plus proche pour partager la tristesse de ce départ. J'ai des souvenirs merveilleux de moments passés avec elle et, même si je ne l'avais pas vue depuis des années, nous étions restées en contact.
