NICOLAS ETHAN TUOKKO Nicolas Ethan Tuokko was born on January 7, 2015 and suddenly passed away on January 8, 2015. Nicolas entered this world for a short period of time to meet his parents Margarita and Tyler Scot Tuokko. Nicolas blessed our lives forever. Nicolas spent his short life at St. Boniface General Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. He will forever be our perfect and handsome little miracle. He brought smiles to all the lives he blessed. Nicolas was predeceased by his grandmother Elizabeth Tuokko, sibling Baby Tuokko, and Uncle Jose-Manuel Mendez. He will be deeply missed by his mom and dad, grandparents Manuel and Alsira and Wayne, and his aunts, uncles and cousins. A private funeral service will be determined at a later date. We would like to thank all of the people involved in Nicolas' care, especially the RNs: Laura, Lynne, Nichole, Jayme, Jenna, Ryann, Mary, Elida, Tamara, Michelle; RT Marianne; , Dr. Postolow, Dr. Ali, Dr. Ambrose, Dr. Ring; Spiritual Care Services and the countless other professionals at St. Boniface General Hospital. We would like to thank all of our family and friends for their love and support during this incredibly difficult time.
