Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Bill was my Uncle. I miss him coming to my granny's house to drink tea, eat, and do puzzles with us kids and my grandparents. He used to come over to visit with my Dad Solvie and my Grandpa Willie, after a hunt to talk about hunting, animals and trapping stories. He was a funny man that was quick with his wit, I will miss his teasing and his stories about how he grew up, his parents, his siblings, and stories about his kids. His storytelling is part of how we were taught, he believed it was a good way to impart his knowledge and encouraged us to listen to what our Elders had to say. He will be missed. Love you Uncle Bill. - Posted by: Becky Moar () on: Jan 16, 2015

  • Bill was my brother-in-law. I used to tease him any time (I just knew he wouldn't get mad and he was shy). I would tell his wife that he was winking at me, trying to hold my hand or trying to hand me something. LOL She and I would have a good laugh while he would smile and shake his head. I have many stories about both of them. I will always have him and his wife in my heart. - Posted by: Lorna Anderson (In-law) on: Jan 16, 2015
