ARMAND ADRIAN BELANGER January 14, 1940 January 12, 2015 Two days before his 75th birthday, Armand, our husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully after a long, difficult battle. We take comfort in knowing he is no longer suffering. Armand was predeceased by his parents Oscar and Margaret Belanger, and his brother Edward (Julie) Belanger. He is survived by his wife Rosemary; his four children; Colette (Darryl) Forbes, Derrick Belanger, Yvette (Clint) Sundseth, and Armand Jr. (Michelle) Belanger; and his nine grandchildren; Camille, Dawson, Raija, Devon, Nathan, Jersey, Sigrid, Oscar and Madelyn. Dad enjoyed times when everyone was together. He loved nothing better than having his whole family around him. Of his many interests hunting and sports were two of his favourites. Armand's working life involved many occupations; his particular favourite was that as the owner of the Vita Hotel. His work career ended at Red Carpet Coffee where he made many friendships and fond memories as the "Coffee Man". The family wishes to express their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Health Sciences Centre and Johnson Memorial Hospital in Gimli. There will be a funeral mass on Saturday, January 17, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 2 Church Bay Lane, Winnipeg Beach. Gilbart Funeral Home, Gimli in care of arrangements. www.gilbartfuneralhome.com
