Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJUNE LE BARGE (nee DUGDALE) June 3, 1917 - January 14, 2015 June, at 97 years of age, passed away at the Meadowood Manor on January 14, 2015. "Auntie June" will be missed and lovingly remembered by her niece Rae Bradshaw and nephew Stewart and Hilda Cherry. She was always there for us. June was predeceased by her parents Alfred and Rachel Dugdale, her siblings Brian Dugdale, Harriet Cherry, Margaret Lyons and several longtime friends, notably Sylvia Watt and Anna Mae Waldie. She is survived by nieces and nephews Penny, Tara, Lee, Tim, Claire and their families. June worked as a bookkeeper at Eaton's for several years before her marriage to "Charlie". He was in the RCAF and travelled with their military relocations and made many good friends with whom they shared visits and funny reminiscences through the years. June was a loving wife and homemaker and we benefited from her cooking, knitting and sewing and she loved her dogs. Many thanks to our friends for their kind wishes and condolences and to Brenda and Shirley - June enjoyed your visits and celebrations before and during her stays at St. Boniface, Misericordia and Meadowood. We would like to thank the staff at the Meadowood Manor for the support and compassion in caring for June, and Rae, during her years of residence. Special thanks to Pastor Holland and his wife Darlene for their help and guidance. In keeping with June's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held THOMSON FUNERAL HOME 669 BROADWAY, WINNIPEG, MB R3C 0X4 204-783-7211 Condolences may be sent to www.thomsonfuneralchapel.com
