MARY WYSHNICKI (nee HOPLOCK) Peacefully with her son by her side, it is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our precious mother, mother-in-law, "Baba" and great-grandmother Mary Wyshnicki at the Middlechurch Home in Winnipeg on January 24, 2015 at the age of 93 years. She will be dearly missed by her son Ken and wife Laurette of Cheltenham, ON, grandsons Bryan of Toronto, ON and Stephen (Stephanie) great-grandsons Michael and Matthieu of Ottawa, ON and daughter-in-law Christine Wyshnicki, sister-in-law Hazel Hoplock of Winnipeg, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband Peter, her son Lorne, her parents Peter and Hafia Hoplock, sister Anne Storoschuk (Bill), brothers Bill (Rose), Jack (Marge), Steve (Jean), Mike (Marge), Alex (Louise) and Henry Hoplock. Mary was born in Ridgeville, MB married Peter Wyshnicki and resided in Winnipeg. Mary was actively involved in her church and with her family. Baba was the biggest fan of her grandsons sports activities. Our family would like to express a special thank you to Unit B2 at Middlechurch Home and Dewey and Fran and Ted and Lynn Hoplock, for your constant loving care. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Seasons Funeral Chapel, 576 Balsam Crescent Oakbank, MB. In lieu of flowers donations in Mary's memory can be made to the Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg, 280 Balderstone Road, West St. Paul, MB R4A 4A6.
