Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJERILYN JANET PRISCOTT It is with sadness and heavy hearts that the family announces the unexpected passing of Jerilyn Janet Priscott due to meningitis, at the young age of 34 years, on Sunday, January 25, 2015. Jerilyn was dearly loved and will be missed by her parents Darlene and Allan, her sister Alison, Aunt Norma (Rick) Hill, Aunt Heather (Alvin) Franks, Uncle Rod (Frances) Priscott, many cousins and numerous extended family, her special friend Jeremy Prouty, and friend since high school Carmen Sfatcos. Predeceased by her grandparents Jack and Janet Priscott and John and Verna Willard. Since her graduation from the Medical Administrative Assistant program at Winnipeg Technical College, Jerilyn enjoyed working in the Home Care Department of the Victoria General Hospital. Jerilyn loved people and conversation, enjoyed reading, music and dancing. Also special to her was spending summers at Perch Bay Resort and picnics at Rushing River. A celebration of Jerilyn's life will be held on Monday, February 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald St. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jerilyn may be made to the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba. I was Jerilyn's teacher at the college and enjoyed having her in my class. We had some good conversations and she always had something good to add to our class discussions. I'm glad she found a job she loved. I am so sorry to hear of Jerilyn's passing. I know how much she loved her family and how much her family loved her. I can picture in my mind all of you sitting on your deck at Perch Bay and enjoying the sunshine. I am in complete shock over the passing of this beautiful lady. I met Jerilyn at work . VGH.We spent more than a few coffee breaks together. She was delighted to be blonde and looking forward to a great spring .Full of Color and Class. Jerilyn will truly be missed. The first time I meet Jerilyn was at Alison's birthday party and Jerilyn made everyone be happy. We will miss you so much Jerilyn and we will see you on the other side when we get there.
