  • It was a total shock to me when I found out, Simon was the happiest, funniest garbage driver I've worked with, All he wanted was to drive for us one more time cause he had such a good time working with us, He first posted his sickness on Facebook, but he said he was doing good so I thought nothing of it.... Year goes by and facebooks got a new thing, shows you who you talked to last year. Well I was having a great conversation with Simon and couldn't find his fb, when I googled his name, I was totally shocked and disappointed at my self i didint go see him, Simon had many many great inspiring story's about his travels that will always be in my head, and since he told me those story's he will always be in our hearts. - Posted by: Robert Chartrand (Co worker) on: Sep 11, 2015

I'm gonna miss everything about you but I'm glad you're not suffering no more and you're in a better place but I just wanted to say I really miss you and I'll always love you and never forget you, you were one of the important people in my life I'm happy now though cause I know you went home to be with the Lord <3 - Posted by: neenah anderson (niece ) on: Feb 16, 2015

  • Simon was a friend who always could make anyone laugh. Best impersonations I've ever heard of comic to celebrities. Was usually the first to great anyone and get togethers and was truly larger than life. Always had a smile on his face and was great to have sitting around a fire and shooting the breeze. You'll be missed brother - Posted by: Robb Bryan (Friend) on: Feb 15, 2015

  • Simon was the kind of man you only meet once in a lifetime. He was kind, caring and the best damn trivial pursuit player I ever met!!! I'll always remember you holding my little "peanut" in one hand when I brought her home from the hospital, telling me how perfect she and her mommy were. Simon you will be dearly missed. "Who loves you???" We all do, and will forever. - Posted by: Tammy Rotschek (friend) on: Feb 14, 2015

  • Simon was important to me and my family. I remember every memory of him. Not one have I forgotten in the midst of blocking out my past. That means something. My condolences to his real family, though. We all loved Simon deeply. - Posted by: Samantha Bergen (Oldest Kiddle) (Young Jedi In Training) on: Feb 14, 2015

  • Our most deepest condolences to you Alice. We feel your loss. I'm at a loss for words. I know you will understand. When I think of Simon, I can still picture him, as a young boy, at Bingo. Planning on what he was going to buy when he won. He was a very nice person. I knew you were so proud of your "SONNY BOY" and you had great reason to be. For you raised a very unique son. It's so sad how our Loving Savior lends his Angels to us, and calls them home again. May it bring you comfort knowing, that Simon is no longer in pain. And is reunited with his Grandparents, and all his relatives who were there to Welcome him to his Heavenly Home. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Not just during this difficult time, but always. - Posted by: Audrey and Henry Rawluk (Friend of family ) on: Feb 14, 2015

  • Simone was one of a kind with so much to give and such little to want. On hearing of his peaceful passing it came as quite a shock. As his neighbor down the back lane we would quite often hang out together in my backyard enjoying the fire long into the night while sharing conversations about life's many trials and tribulations and of course having many a good laugh. He was of a moral, decent and honest character which one only meets once in their lifetime and his friendship will be missed immensely. My sincerest condolences to his family and those close to him for I treasured him as a dear trusted friend and neighbor. I'm sure that someday we'll meet again but until then God be with you and rest in peace my Brother. - Posted by: Kris Anderson (Friend) on: Feb 13, 2015
