Judy, Larry and Family: May your memories of your mother / grandmother bring you comfort in her passing. Throughout my life Auntie Betty was a great part of my life. My memories of her are far too vast to even begin listing. She was a devout, hard working and loving family member and Church Parish Member. She was loved by so many and touched the hearts of even more. Janet's and my thoughts, prayers and love are with you all. - Posted by: PATRICK ROMANO (NEPHEW) on: Mar 21, 2015

To Judy, Lisa and Family, I share in the loss of your mother and grandmother. During the time Betty lived at the Waverley and Rosewood it was an honor for me to be a small part of her day to day life. I think of her with deep affection and great respect. Betty was full of life, always enjoying our activities, games, walks and sports! Oh my, Betty knew the outcome of every hockey game or football game Winnipeg ever played and enjoyed chatting with the gentlemen of Dogwood House about "the game". She was loved by the other tenants for the fun, kind and humble woman she was, and became a friend to all. A hole has been left in my heart and in Dogwood House, but we all say...here is to the sweet memory of "Betty Girl" a strong, resilient, wonderful lady whose spirit blessed all of us who knew her in her later years. Our prayers and love go out to all her family, it was a privilege to have known Betty. On behalf of the Kosowicz family our prayers are with Betty's family. She was a good friend to mom Polly and dad Stephen. She also helped out when we had our Wedding Showers. She was known to speak her mind but in a comical manner. Betty, you will be missed but your spirit will stay with us. - Posted by: Darlene Marsch, Karen Keller, Susan Baker (nee Kosowicz) (Parents were good friends of Betty) on: Mar 11, 2015
