She is lovingly remembered by her parents Chris and Heather, and her sister Jenna. Kelsey was predeceased by her infant sister Emily. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the Kin Centre, Pilot Mound, MB at 2:00 p.m. Private interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Pilot Mound.
