Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELAINE LINKLATER Elaine passed away suddenly on March 11, 2015 at the Selkirk General Hospital with her beloved husband Russell and family at her side. Mom was born August 24, 1924 and raised in Selkirk. She married on November 11, 1950 to Russell Linklater and raised two children, son Gary and daughter Linda. Mom worked at the Bank of Montreal in the 1940s and 1950s and always called the bank B of M. She was an excellent home maker and cooked up many delicious meals, Mom's baking was supreme also. Mom was dedicated to her family, especially to her daughter Linda who was the love of her life, which they spent many enjoyable hours together. Elaine enjoyed many years at the family cottage at Lester Beach with family, relative and friends. She joined a porcelain club where she made many friends and turned out excellent pieces of painted porcelain. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cloverdale United Churchyard. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements. www.gilbartfuneralhome.com
