Condolences & Memories (7 entries)

  • I remember my Uncle Roy as a kind and generous man with a quiet wit, who had room in his heart for me, a 'Yank'. My heart goes out you all and to my mom who I know was with you in spirit. - Posted by: Keith Smith (nephew) on: Apr 21, 2015

  • I extend my sincerest sympathies to you & your family on the passing of your father, grandfather & great-grandfather Roy. May you experience God’s comfort and peace as you mourn his passing, but celebrate his life! Blessings, Ted Falk, MP for Provencher - Posted by: Ted Falk, MP for Provencher () on: Apr 15, 2015

  • I will always remember Roy for his Love of Life!! He enjoyed all Celebrations and participated in everything. I will miss you Roy but you will now be with your Clare forever. Love Trudy - Posted by: Trudy Grimshaw (Friend) on: Apr 11, 2015

  • "The Window" Forever in my memory will be Roy at the breakfast table every morning watching out the dining room window with his good friends Les and Spence- waiting for 'the girls' to come to work. You knew the day was good when 'the boys' were there waiting for the wave. Roy is in that window for me every day and will be forever. Roy was one of the first to make Riverwood Square his home. He was a significant part of the creation of a neighborhood where people could move to and feel not only be welcomed but to be a part of this new community. Roy was a binding strength of fabric to enhance life for all of those around him. He will always be remembered for his time and contributions to all of us at Riverwood Square. Forever in my heart and thoughts Linda - Posted by: Linda Sherrin (General Manager Riverwood Square) on: Apr 11, 2015
