Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVA LOUISE SPENCE October 11, 1967 - April 13, 2015 NORBERT STANLEY LESLIE BILLY August 16, 1980 - April 13, 2015 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Louise and her son Norbert, as a result of a tragic fire in Vancouver, B.C. Wake services will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 2:00 p.m., viewing will begin at 1:00 p.m. Both services will be held at the Peguis Community Hall, Peguis, Manitoba with Rev. I met Louise and her four sons back in Winnipeg long ago, a couple years before the first fire took her three children there, she was a very good person and loved spending time with them and meeting her family I moved to Vancouver and seen Norbert in Vancouver some years ago but never reconnected with them. I have known Louise and Norbert for the last 9 years. I am grateful for the time we got to spend together, and pray that they have found peace. Dyllin will miss her father and grandmother, but we will stay strong for them. I met Louise and Norbert somewhere around 2004 in Vancouver. I will carry the memory of these two beautiful people in my heart wherever life takes me. Norbert was a friend of mine and I last saw him about a week before their passing, I wish I had stopped to say hi. I was getting to know Louise more and more, this past couple of years. I didn't know her when I met Norbert, in Winnipeg, '97. This year, Louise was staying with me and a friend, and Norbert also.
