Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVARISTO DA COSTA Suddenly, on Sunday, April 26, 2015, Evaristo passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital, at the age of 88 years. Evaristo is survived by his daughters, Maria (Jose) and Delmira; sons, Antonio (Estrela) and Ernest Paul (Isabell); five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Maria; his parents; brothers and sisters. The family would like to thank the paramedics, and all the staff at the Seven Oaks Hospital, as well as, Dr. L. Da Silva for the care that was provided. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 29 at 10:00 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Parish, 181 Austin Street N. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
