Our condolence to the Martin family. Mike and I were the best of friends growing up in Gimli. Shared a lot of good times and laughter. We didn't see each other as often later in life but every time we did it was always with lots of laughter and reminiscing about old times. So sorry that I could not attend your celebration of life. I am sorry to hear of the loss of Mike. I grew up at 27 and he at 23. Living two doors down during the 70's was an entertaining time with the 7 Martin boys, albeit not everyone was entertained. My brother Stef and I clearly remember the antics of the crew. Mike and I stayed in Gimli all these years and bumped into each other at the oddest of places. Both of us nocturnal meant sharing a story, or just chatting about life in general around town in middle of night. Mike, may you rest in peace. Til we meet again. - Posted by: Thor Stevens (Friend) on: May 23, 2015
